Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm details.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle.

What security measures does the car park have?

What else do I need to know?

All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle on Departure please make sure you receive a signed inspection sheet to clarify that any existing damage is noted. If you don't have this document to present on retu

Good service. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was s delay at drop off when we had to wait about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful happy to deal with changes of plan over the phone.

Edward Lloyd were so helpful - we were arriving later than expected and the communication was great. On our return, our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the meeting point. After a long flight with 2 young children - you just want everything to go smoothly and it did! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

When we dropped car off we were told to call when we landed and again once we picked up cases. We informed office we were on our way with cases only to be told there is not a driver available as our plane was delayed! Wait in departure lounge until called. I asked how long 20-25 minutes. after 25 minutes l called back to be told car outside. it was not outside so l called back car still hadn't arrived. When car arrived after 40 minutes waiting the driver had been to McDonalds en route, also told me he was due coffee break anyway. The car had muddy footprints in the passenger foot well. I will not be recommending Edward Lloyd as very unprofessional way we were treated.

Both on departure and arrival phoned (which was answered promptly) and told someone would meet us / deliver the car back in 15 minutes. In both cases we were physically waiting over 30 minutes. No problem in the wait but just tell the truth, especially as we called them in the stated times/location. My car computer recorded the delivery journey was only 5 minutes long so they didn't even leave until the promised 15 minutes had passed. Not sure if their tardiness is a defence mechanism is against people who have kept them waiting in the past but it is frustrating when your watching numerous other M&G companies delivering / collecting cars in a more timely manner. Edward Lloyd do not have a desk or staff at the airport car park site like some other M&G services. Car was clean and looked well looked after.

Waited longer than I have for other T5 operators and they do all go to same spot. Was only 10 minutes more, but a 25 minute wait after a phone call isn't meet and greet but phone, wait and greet.....Would have to be considerably cheaper than the others to use again.

Very good price with a fast and convenient service at the airport. The driver was on time and polite. The only slight criticism was that the driver's voice was very quiet when speaking on the telephone and it was difficult to hear him over background noise. All in all a good service.

Directions for Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet Parking

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £20.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.

When dropping your vehicle on Departure please make sure you receive a signed inspection sheet to clarify that any existing damage is noted. If you don't have this document to present on return we cannot accept liability for any major or minor damage to your car.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 4
Please drive to the Departures drop off area, there are 3 Lanes.
Once you approach Terminal 4 DEPARTURES there are 3 lanes, please park in Lane A the 3rd lane away from the building. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, the driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park if you take longer than 15 minutes you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 4.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith's. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Can the driver pick up and drop off at the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 rather than meeting at the short stay car park as we will be staying the night before departure and the night we return?They will meet you at Premier Inn, once you have made the booking please contact us with your booking reference number so we can advise Edward Lloyd

Hi can you accept a 14 seater minibus, it is 2.8metres long wheel base Mercedes sprintercan be driven on normal license. We have spoken with the car park and there is a possibility that they would accept this vehicle, but due to the length of the car park they would need to charge for two spaces.
