Please call 07960 667866 or 07497429788, when 30 minutes away from Heathrow. On arrival you will be met by one of the uniformed parking representatives who will have ID and will check-in your vehicle leaving you then free to stroll across to the terminal. The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £7.50 (subject to change) on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £7.50 (subject to change).

Once your flight has landed back at Heathrow please call 07960667866 or 07497429788, then please call again once you have collected your luggage, a parking representative will be dispatched and will meet you in same place as on your arrival with your vehicle ready for your onward journey.

Drop Off and pick up both very prompt, no waiting around. Did take several ‘phone calls each time before getting answer and the car had been driven for 28 miles which doesn’t match with Park Inn’s publicity claim that they’re operations are only 5 miles from Heathrow.

Arrived at Heathrow term 2 at 7:30 am and rang your office. Chap said we had the wrong number. Checked details and rang back again. Same chap said our car was there, and they'd meet us in 45 mins. Rang again after another hour, another chap answered and said our car was still there, he'd bring it around in 30 mins. He was as good as his word, and said he would have brought the car to the terminal the first time we rang but nobody had told him. So, after flying for umpteen hours from Australia, we had to wait for 1 3/4 hours for the meet and greet. It's not much fun being stuck at Heathrow with jetlag wondering will your car turn up when you've still got over 100 miles to get home. We'd have been quicker using an off site car park with a bus service

Met the guys in the agreed spots for both departure and arrivals. Contact number was provided with booking and was answered every time I called to confirm meeting points and booking details. All professional and helpful. No issues, would use again.
