Park Inn Meet and Greet

Always had a good experience booking through FHR meet and greet and at various airports. Never waiting that long for drop off or pick up will definitely continue to use.

We have had a perfect experience with the Park In Team, we booked Meet and Greet at LHR. We have received a courtesy call a day before our arrival. On the day a member of the team arrived just a couple of minutes after we parked our car and on return they were already there when we came to the meeting point to collect our car. We were very satisfied with the service and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

The worst experience I’ve ever made booking airport parking. Meet and greet driver did not turn up forcing me to book another car park on the spot costing a fortune. BookFHR had no interest whatsoever sorting this and compensating me for the extra expense, saying it was not their problem but the car parks fault (who are also completely ignoring me). I will have no choice but to seek legal redress. Avoid at all cost.

Drop Off and pick up both very prompt, no waiting around. Did take several ‘phone calls each time before getting answer and the car had been driven for 28 miles which doesn’t match with Park Inn’s publicity claim that they’re operations are only 5 miles from Heathrow.

Arrived at Heathrow term 2 at 7:30 am and rang your office. Chap said we had the wrong number. Checked details and rang back again. Same chap said our car was there, and they'd meet us in 45 mins. Rang again after another hour, another chap answered and said our car was still there, he'd bring it around in 30 mins. He was as good as his word, and said he would have brought the car to the terminal the first time we rang but nobody had told him. So, after flying for umpteen hours from Australia, we had to wait for 1 3/4 hours for the meet and greet. It's not much fun being stuck at Heathrow with jetlag wondering will your car turn up when you've still got over 100 miles to get home. We'd have been quicker using an off site car park with a bus service

Drop off process did not go smoothly and could be improved. Pick up process was very good.

Met the guys in the agreed spots for both departure and arrivals. Contact number was provided with booking and was answered every time I called to confirm meeting points and booking details. All professional and helpful. No issues, would use again.
