Park Xpert Meet and Greet

Absolutely perfect, easy to book, swift drop off and car waiting at pick-up. Have used several times without a hitch.

The gentleman who met us was efficient,informative and helpful. On return our car was ready and waiting. Excellent service

Great service, polite guys, prompt delivery of vehicle for collection. No complaints whatsoever and I would definitely use these guys again. I've used a lot of meet and greet services and those is there best experience I've had.

On dropping the car, we found it tricky to find where to drop off the car, and got stuck in a one way traffic jam by the exit so ended up paying £6 to exit the carpark and re-enter. On collecting the car, the two numbers we were given went straight to voicemail after ringing around 5 times, only half an hour before our alloted collection time. I then had to find the original email for another number, which worked. The service wasn't the friendliest.

You use cowboy companies who damage cars and neither yourselves or the cowboys could care less. Your days are numbered using these companies

Park Xpert staff we met at the airport were very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We will surely use them again.

Easy drop-off at 04:45 in the morning at Terminal 3. About a 25-minute wait for the car once we had called after collecting our baggage at Terminal 5. Everything in order. All very easy.

Really responsive helpful team. Even came to meet us on a different level in the car park when we went the wrong way!

Used a couple of times now and never had an issue

All went smoothly. Cost of drop off and pick up included in the cost of the parking. Had to wait only about 5 minutes before the car was returned to us.

Quick easy and convenient

I called the number that I was given when I arrived back at the airport. At the time I was told and no one answered the phone. I called the second number given and no one answered the phone. I called again when I was able to after I had cleared customs and eventually got someone, they told me they were on the way and it would be about a half an hour. They were already late because they hadn’t answered the phone earlier. After waiting another 45 minutes ,I called again and they were somewhat impatient with me on the phone saying there was a traffic jam, and if I looked out I could see it. My Car was delivered to near where I was told it would be, but in the wrong bay and very late.

LHR Terminal 3 - very simple check-in and pick-up. Very good.

Not really meet and greet as you drive into Hotel, Park, walk through Sofitel to terminal (5 mins) and pick it up from same place - but certainly for T5 it was convenient and efficient (although roadworks made fining the car park entrance tricky. Would use again.

All went well and I'd be happy to use them again

Very good service BUT we had to let the first bus go at terminal due to so many passengers. We didn't have to wait long but the bus stop was exposed to the weather and the shelter along the roof of the terminal building was inadequate. We got soaked. We will have no choice but to book again .

The Service of meet and Greet is not met in any way shape or form if you are given flight numbers etc, you should not be expected to wait 25 mins once you have collected your luggage it would have been cheaper to just park in a car park for the inconvenience this caused us as a disabled passenger
