What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be met in the short stay car park and will be identifed by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, please phone the number provided when you are in the baggage claim area and quote your reservation number, to confirm you are ready to collect your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.

What else do I need to know?

ANY LONG WHEELBASE VANS ARRIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER CHARGES. Service provided by established Meet and Greet Operator Drivefly

Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)

No need to call when you are on your way. We have a designated Drivefly desk located in the short stay car park with friendly chauffeurs waiting to accept your car (4am-midnight).

If you think you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, please call us on the number on your confirmation 6 or the number on your confirmation 9.

Drive to the Short Stay car park and up to Level 2, look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign, our desk is located in the lobby ( Exit End Lift Lobby Area).

Please have your booking confirmation ready, together with your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a protected car park.

On Return T4:

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.

Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) to collect your car.

As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road to the Short Stay Car park (Level 2) to collect your car.

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.

If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.
