Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £20 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking

First rate. This was the first time I had used the meet and greet service. The price was competitive against ordinary off site parking. We contacted the driver as instructed 30 minutes before our arrival and he was waiting for us in the drop off zone. He checked the car and recorded any damage and within 5 minutes we were checking in our luggage at departures. The return was just as smooth with the driver being contacted as we collected our luggage. We walked to the pick up car park and only had to wait 5 minutes for him to turn up. Very good service. Will definitely use Edward Lloyd meet and greet again.

Good Meet and Greet service, dropped car at terminal entrance and returned to short stay, waiting about 10 minutes, but that seems to be the case with all meet and greet, and these guys were much quicker than others to return car. Would recommend and use again

Was not very impressed, got there on time ,instructions on where to park were we're vague, waited 30 mins for the pick up then got charge £7.60 for the car park because the chauffeur? ???? didn't have enough funds, the car check was rubbish ,and picking up the car on retune was no better ,will not be using that compony again

Hopeless, although the drop off at the terminal went smoothly I Had to wait 50 minutes for the car on my return which made me very late for work. Would not use this company again.

Very good price for meet and greet, but sadly the car was 30 mins getting back to us after we had called from the luggage hall, rather than the 15 quoted. Possibly still quicker than getting back to off site parking, but they could definitely have been quicker and I got the impression they hadn't been expecting us. Room for improvement.

This review would have been 5 stars if not for the filthy state my car was delivered in. I'm not sure where you parked it for he 8 days I was away but it was the filthiest I have ever seen my car. Poor. The assistant that called to verify drop off and collection was ace. The driver that dropped off my car didn't have an iota of customer service.

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable - no Lefthand drive cars taken

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.

On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, without notification, or with less than 24 hours' notice, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return, payable in cash on pick up. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.

If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.

For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.

When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.


IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.


All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

does the price shown at booking include all entry and exit fees ?Yes, if you follow the correct procedure as on your confirmation all entry and exit fees are included. Extra charges only apply if you exceed the 15 minutes waiting time. Full details are on the car park information page.
Can the driver pick up and drop off at the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 rather than meeting at the short stay car park as we will be staying the night before departure and the night we return?They will meet you at Premier Inn, once you have made the booking please contact us with your booking reference number so we can advise Edward Lloyd

Hi can you accept a 14 seater minibus, it is 2.8metres long wheel base Mercedes sprintercan be driven on normal license. We have spoken with the car park and there is a possibility that they would accept this vehicle, but due to the length of the car park they would need to charge for two spaces.
