Meets and returns at Terminal 4 - Suitable if you require a meet and greet out of and/or in to T4

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted if it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.


IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.


Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.

On return -If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, without notification, or with less than 24 hours' notice, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return, payable in cash on pick up. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.

If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.

For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.

When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Arrivals

Arrival Terminal 4.
Please drive to the Short Stay car park level 2 row F. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Arrival Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Arrival Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.



Arrival Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, the driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park if you take longer than 15 minutes you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Return Terminal 4.

Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith's. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you

Return Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Return Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.


Return Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
