Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle.What security measures does the car park have?

All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £20 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Hmm! Not so good this time. Handover on going out was fine but the return was awful. I phoned when the plane landed and again shortly after when we had our bags. We had to stand in a cold windy car park for 30 minutes which mean it had taken 1 hour 15 mins from my call to the handover of the car. No apologies offered. Re your question below .I would book again if the price was right but it would not be based on speed of service

Service is generally good. It is not clear when you book a Heathrow parking which terminal you are flying from as you select e.g. T2, T3 and T5. The company collecting our car thought we were using T2 when we were actually using T5

Excellent service from start to finish. We needed to change the car details - no problem. They checked we were on our way ahead of arriving. Were there to greet us as we arrived and the car was waiting for us by the time we had gone through customs and up to the forth floor collection point. Did exactly as promised.

no complains what so ever! We had no issues at all. we were contacted by our Chauffeur about 45 mins prior to our arrival and he was helpful with ensuring that we got to the right location. On return the process was smooth with no delays. Our only recommendation will be that the drivers should have/wear a visible ID.

I had no problem dropping the car off at the airport, the driver was there when we arrived. Similarly, all though the plane was massively delayed the car arrived at the pickup point within a few minutes of us getting there. Excellent service, would definitely use again.

Usually really impressed with this company, and to be honest the drop and pick up went without a hitch. However as our flight was cancelled by the carrier and moved to one hour later both I and my colleague were sent a Whatsapp requesting £30 IN CASH to cover this, in spite of both of us advising the change on drop off, and also earlier in the day. Presumably if our original flight had been delayed by an hour this would not have been applied?? I am suspicious of requests for cash (that we had none of anyway) and am querying this with Five Star. I hope to resolve it as we have used them a lot in the last few months and don't want to have to look for alternatives.

This service is provided by Edward Lloyd - no Lefthand drive cars takenMeets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable
This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, without notification, or with less than 24 hours' notice, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return, payable in cash on pick up. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £20 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
