Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £20.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £20 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking

Excellent service from start to finish. We needed to change the car details - no problem. They checked we were on our way ahead of arriving. Were there to greet us as we arrived and the car was waiting for us by the time we had gone through customs and up to the forth floor collection point. Did exactly as promised.

no complains what so ever! We had no issues at all. we were contacted by our Chauffeur about 45 mins prior to our arrival and he was helpful with ensuring that we got to the right location. On return the process was smooth with no delays. Our only recommendation will be that the drivers should have/wear a visible ID.

I had no problem dropping the car off at the airport, the driver was there when we arrived. Similarly, all though the plane was massively delayed the car arrived at the pickup point within a few minutes of us getting there. Excellent service, would definitely use again.

Usually really impressed with this company, and to be honest the drop and pick up went without a hitch. However as our flight was cancelled by the carrier and moved to one hour later both I and my colleague were sent a Whatsapp requesting £30 IN CASH to cover this, in spite of both of us advising the change on drop off, and also earlier in the day. Presumably if our original flight had been delayed by an hour this would not have been applied?? I am suspicious of requests for cash (that we had none of anyway) and am querying this with Five Star. I hope to resolve it as we have used them a lot in the last few months and don't want to have to look for alternatives.

Decent company that met mer and returned car on time, but very much object to their drivers who have played with all the cars controls. Light settings changed Media centre completely reset including change of source and volumes Aircon set to max freeze also, items in boot had been thrown around indicating the car had been driven badly at speed at some point. It was moved a few times over a 5 day period. Shame

The only criticism we would note is that the directions once you get into the airport complex are very easy to misinterpret, especially when the traffic is heavy, otherwise everything else was good.

Directions for Five Star Meet & Greet

This service is provided by Edward Lloyd

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £30.00 to be paid to the driver. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
If you arrive at the airport to drop your car off 1-2 hours later than the time you have booked to arrive, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10, if you arrive 2 hours or more after the time you have booked to arrive there is a charge of £20 to pay - both fees are payable to the driver in cash on arrival at the airport.

On return - If you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, without notification, or with less than 24 hours notice, there is £30 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.


When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.


On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 4
Please drive to the Short Stay car park level 2 row F. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, the driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park if you take longer than 15 minutes you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 4.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith's. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.

For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £30 then £15 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Do you offer free cancellation?If you pay the cancellation fee waiver you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the cancellation fee waiver, subject to receiving more than the 48 hours notice from the arrival date of travel.
I will be driving an all-electric car, which will need to be fully charged on my return.Thank you for your question, this car park does not offer this service.
If the price option does not state that "cannot be cancelled or amended" does that mean it can be if flight cancelledIt does mean that the booking is flexible and that it can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date and time.
Hi; we depart from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 5, can we book meet and greet, leave the car at terminal 3 and pick it up at terminal 5RegardsLindaSimply enter the terminal details onto your booking form and the car park will be able to do this.
