Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, to confirm you are ready for collection.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

You cannot use this car park if you are travelling to or from terminal 4 You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible.

Excellent service. Flight was due in at 04.50. Got in a bit late but this was obviously tracked so although I had put 05.00 as potential collection time and paper work says parking firm pay 15 mins then client is liable, I incurred no extra charges for parking. Perhaps you could make it clear that flights are tracked and as long as you come immediately to the parking after clearing customs (within 15 mins) you need not worry about incurring extra charge. I think clients would find this a good selling point because of this I will be recommending to friends.

The service is very good but could do with some minor tweeks. Better description of the where the drop off point desk is and an understanding that there may be a delay for your vehicle return as there are many short term parking customers who use the same location along with other car parking operations. Therefore the delay is caused by traffic of vehicles looking for somewhere to park. Perhaps advising your customers that this will be the case, especially during busy periods, may be advisable.

Service on arrival was straight forward and allowed us to leave the multistory for the connected airport. On return, we had a hick up, our flight back was delayed which meant we arrived 1.40 minutes later but just after midnight. I phoned the company to warn them and they were quick in picking up and offering instructions. Strangely, we had to pay a £15 extra charge due to collecting after midnight (is what I understood the reason to be). This is why they lost a star, given we had no choice in the matter in arriving a few hours late.

It was easy to communicate with both FHR and Happy Days by telephone, with an immediate response, rather than only by e mail, which is now the only way to contact another well known provider at Heathrow, who I had been using for years, but who will now only communicate with customers by e mail. The ability to communicate by telephone through both FHR and the Happy Days dispatch office really paid off on my trip earlier this week. When I arrived at Heathrow Terminal Two (very early in the morning), I inadvertently left my iPad on the back seat of my car, only discovering this as I was going through security at the airport. I was able to contact both FHR and Happy Days by telephone from the terminal. Azad, the Happy Days rep at the terminal was able to get the driver to check the back seat and retrieve my iPad, which FHR then confirmed by e mail. When I returned to Heathrow last night my iPad was in the car safe and sound. For this reason alone, I would highly recommend this company over the more established rival, which might claim to match anyone else's price, but are impossible to contact (and, despite the other company's claims, FHR/Happy Days were the best price as well, by a factor of over 5%). Highly recommended!

Great price and service. We used Terminal 4 which was a tad confusing with paper instructions and what person on the phone told us to go but sorted out for the drop off. For the pick up, again confusion after collecting bags from arrival hall and calling phone number where the individual said go to level 2 for meet and greet. but the Terminal has level 0,1,and 2. But the parking house across the road has levels 1,2,3,and 4. So level 2 of Terminal is inline with level 4 of parking house. Maybe some clarification over phone would be better. But we found our car in the end with a quick phone call. Now that we know (first time using Terminal 4 at Heathrow) it will much easier next time. Will book again.

Generally happy - drop off was fine. On return, phoned when had collected luggage (as instructed) and they said car was ready and we had 25 mins to pick up before being charged for short stay car park - so we went straight there. Then had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for our car to turn up. If they'd have said when I phoned then we'd have waited in the terminal and had a coffee.

Amazing service! When I had to change some details regarding the parking, nothing was too much trouble. Very easy to find on the day and quick and efficient. The Asian man(sorry forgot to catch his name) that bought the car to us was extremely kind and happy just what we needed after a long flight. Would definitely book again, have used many companies like purple car park but much happier with this one, well done guys!

IMPORTANT:

Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation 1 or the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Service provided by Happy Days Meet and Greet.

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

Terminal 2 - on return
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)


During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.

If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 - payable to the chauffeur- is applied.

can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied. If you do not take the waiver fee you pay a cancellation fee of
