Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our desk in the lift lobby.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for Short Stay Car park.

What security measures does the car park have?

Park Mark Safer Parking facility

What else do I need to know?

Warning: Please note that unless your car: has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. We only accept bookings for cars and small vans at the standard rate shown. If you wish to bring a larger vehicle there will be an additional charge and you will need to call us to book this. Trailers will not be accepted. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £20 per day.

I Booked maple parking at Heathrow for 14 days . They Did exactly what it said “on the tin “ and I Would definitely use again. They are not the cheapest but they appeared to have good security measures in place to ensure the car safety. Airport exit was a little confusing, we were given a ticket to allow us to exit the car park but when we got to the machine the barrier lifted before we even got to enter the ticket so not sure if it just works on the car registration or whether the ticket should be inserted? But otherwise it all worked like clockwork.

Quick drop off, staff there waiting, although letting us know that it was to be dealt with by another company may have been helpful (Purple parking was not who we had our booking with but there staff were the ones that dealt with it) On our return the car was there within seconds of us arriving at the collection point. Perfect.

Great service as usual. We were staying at an airport hotel before our flight and wanted to drop the car at T2 and pick it up on return from T3, this was no problem, just a quick phone call after booking to confirm what we wanted. We will use again when flying from Heathrow.

Excellent service; just need to remind guests that when they arrive at the car park the meet and greet desk is actually in the lift area and marked purple parking. Some people wandering around looking for the staff. Other than that very professional and well organised, car came almost immediately. Well Done.....

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAY

Please note: This product is not suitable if you are travelling from Terminals 5 - This product is for both drop off and collection at T2, T3 and T4 only.

Your return terminal can be amended directly with Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.

Extra charges can apply if not T2, T3 or T4. Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.


On the day of arrival

Please call Maple Parking the number on your confirmation 2 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.

On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.

Drop-Off Directions
Terminal 2 - (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW).
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park.
Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Handover Captain).
Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.

Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.

Terminal 4 - (Postcode for Terminal 4: TW6 3XA)
As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park
At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Drive down to level 2, park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.

Return Instructions

It is necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN.

Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on the number on your confirmation to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car.
Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name.

Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:

Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet
Terminal 4 - Short Stay Car Park Level 2 - Off Airport Meet & Greet

Other Important Information

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays.

Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence.

Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.
