I have bboked several times with FHR usually M&G and never had any issues. On this ocassion had to call twice for our car which in the end took 40 mins, the longest we have ever had to wait. Not a good experience after a long haul flight. Will not go with Xpert again

Very rarely do I leave reviews but in this case the staff were excellent and above and beyond what I would have expected. I arrived at Heathrow T4 short stay and unloaded my car including my skis off the roof. Having checked in I could not locate my i-phone and called the parking staff to say that I must have left my phone in the drivers door. I returned to the drop off point and one of your drivers returned with my car having searched it and found that I had left my phone on the roof when I removed the skis. They did not charge extra for this even though the airport would probably have charged a further £6 for returning to the short stay. Thank you for your kindness at this stressful time.

Whole process was seamless. Quick early drop off as per instructions with no waiting. On return, waited for 45 minutes for luggage to arrive in baggage hall. After picking up luggage, called number given and car was ready to pick up by the time I walked to the car park from Arrivals No issues experienced so happy with the service This time. Would use again.

We were very pleased with the arrangements for drop off of the car. on our return we had to wait 45 minutes fir our car on our return that was very disappointing. it was very hectic on our return may be they had too many clients booked in.

Good service. Very Efficient. Would be of use if you offered electric car charging as an optional extra. Because of the cold our battery was very low by the time it was returned to us and we only had enough charge to just get us to a, charger.

Heathrow Meet and Greet Instructions

Please call us on the number on your confirmation 7 or the number on your confirmation 6 when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. We will dispatch a driver to meet you and pick up your car from the designated pick up points below.

Terminal 2 Sat-nav postcode: TW6 1EW
Height restriction -Short Stay Car Park 2 - 2.05m (6ft 9in)

Departure Instructions
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Please keep to the right, as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Once you are on the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), which will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the carp ark.
Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".
Here you see our chauffeurs who are based near the ticket pay machine. They will be wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets.

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off, (Level 4 of the Short Stay car park) and your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row B next to the lift/pay machine

height restrictions - Short Stay Car Park 3 - 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Departure Instructions
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.

On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the Exit door on the Right Hand Side, please take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park and your car will be ready and waiting for you in ROW A.

Departure Instructions
Please follow directions to the Short Stay car park and then drive up to Level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign, our desk is located in the lobby.
Here you see our chauffeurs who are based near the ticket pay machine. They will be wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets.

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) where your car will be ready and waiting for you.

Departure Instructions
Please follow the signs for the "Short Stay car park", which is located on the right hand side of the ramp, as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout.
On arrival at the Short Stay car park, please move to the left hand lane, following directions to "LEVEL 4".
Take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones "R-S". Please park your car in these designated areas, sign posted as "Off Airport Meet & Greet"
Here you see our chauffeurs who are based near the ticket pay machine. They will be wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets.

Return Instructions
On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.
Make your way to where you dropped the car off, (Level 4, Short Stay car park), where your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row R OR S.

What if my return flight changes - If we have your return flight number then we will be able to monitor your flight status. For flight cancellations, tell us your new flight number and estimated arrival time.

Park Xpert Meet and Greet Terms and Conditions - full terms and conditions available on request.

Any extended days will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00.

If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations or non use of this service made within 48 hours of the day of travel.

Any alterations made within 24 hours of departure and during the duration of stay will incur a charge of £20.00 for each and every amendment made. All amendments must be via e-mail and will only be acknowledged once a confirmation e-mail is received.

If you are delayed until the following day or loner, you'll be charged by the car park at their standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

We will endeavour to deliver your vehicle back to you within 45 mins depending on traffic and weather conditions.

During busy periods your car may be stored in any one of our secondary compounds, (within a 15-mile radius of our main car park). Please note that security levels may vary.
