Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

Booked at the last minute, however the service was amazing. Arrangements were good and service was exceptional. On returning I didn’t phone to say we had landed until we were in the arrivals hall, but my vehicle was still returned within minutes. Highly recommended.

We were met as we arrived after calling ahead as instructed. Quick process to take the car. It was parked about 4 miles away. I knew this as my car has a built in tracking device. We landed back at Heathrow over 2 hrs late due to delayed take off. However, this was no problem and the car was dropped back in about 20 mins which is perfectly acceptable. In both cases we were able to use the passenger drop off area which was quicker than the short stay car park. Worth asking as it’s easier for you and the valet company having used this service many times before. Good service for a very good price.

Absolutely brilliant service, most polite & chatty meet & greet service I've ever had, most drivers just grunt at you but this one was chatty & informative. On return they told me they'd be 15 minutes which was great as I said I wasn't going to wait out in the cold at 7am after returning from Miami, the driver actually called us to say that he was outside and before the 15 minutes was up! Brilliant, thank you, will definitely use Star Parking again.

It all worked out in the end, but on arrival your driver was looking for the wrong car, although I had spent a considerable amount of time advising you of the change, and had e-mail confirmation. On our return, your driver just jumped out of the car , handed me the key as we approached and disappeared. I said to him" do we not check the vehicle". he said "you can" and shot off.

Everything went well except that, when phoning 20 mins before arrival at LHR, the phone line was on voicemail. I left a message but was gently chided by the attendant at LHR for not phoning. I will in future use a service which does not need a phone call before arriving as phoning means pulling off the motorway enroute.

Directions for Star Parking - Meet & Greet

When coming to the Airport to drop your car, please read the instructions only for the relevant terminal. The following postcodes may not be accurate. We advise once you get to the airport to use signposts.

Outbound: Terminal 2- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW Please call 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival on the number on your confirmation .
We have a 10-minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential, anyone to arrive early or late must inform us that this will be the case and obtain agreement from us that it is okay to arrive at an alternative time. A late fee may apply for late arrivals

At the airport follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the right-hand lanes, go up the ramp, keeping to the right following the signs for short stay 2, DO NOT follow the ramp to the upper level. Approach any of the 3 barriers on to your right, take a ticket and enter car-park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end, closest to the terminal buildings to rows A and B where your chauffeur will be waiting

Terminal 2 Return - Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.

Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4 Zone A or B. We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.

Once you have exited the tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and follow the signs to short stay passenger pick up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow all the way up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. You will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our Star Parking paperwork.

Terminal 3 Return - Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short stay car park. Once in the arrivals terminal turn left and proceed to the lifts, take this lift to level 1 where you will find a covered bridge which takes you to the car park lifts, enter the lift and go to level 4. The designated area of the car park is by these lifts and you should be able to see your vehicle and driver. We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after the collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.

Drive up the ramp towards Departures, and then stay right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Level 4" or" Budget car". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket then, follow arrows to "Rows R & S" Once there you will be approached by one of our Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our Star Parking paperwork.

Terminal 5 Return - Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
From arrivals make your way out of the building to the covered walkway go through the covered walkway to the lifts, then make your way back to level 4 "Rows R & S" of the short stay car park to where you dropped off your vehicle.
We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after the collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.

We track your return flight number which is given by you on the booking form. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. By providing the wrong flight number may cause hours of delays of your vehicle collection even though you have given us the correct return time. Daily overstay charge is £15.00 per day.

Hi,Do you meet us at terminal 4 Heathrow and take our car to be parked?Then do you meet us when return and do the same?Thank you for your question, if you are travelling from T4 you must select the T4 option not the 2,3 & 5. With a meet and greet you are met at the airport and your car is taken offsite to be parked then returned to the airport on your return.
