Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

We had excellent service throughout. Our return flight was delayed to beyond 11.30pm but Star Parking were very helpful in providing options to cater for the fact that their drivers would not be available and we were able to collect the car from the short stay car park on return despite that.

Very clear instructions and excellent service. Met on arrival to drop the car off on level 4 of the short stay car park, down the lift and we were in the terminal building. On our return the car arrived 15 minutes from the time we called to say we had collected our bags. Would certainly use again.

We were met at the car park by a lovely guy and the handover was very smooth and quick. Coming back was just as easy. Quick phone call to say we were in arrivals and the car was there waiting for us. I will definitely use this company again!

Very easy to book and then amend my booking (after BA changed my flight). Was met as soon as I arrived at Heathrow to hand my car over, and it was delivered back within around 15 mins - all very smooth and efficient. Have used Star Parking previously and would happy to use them again.

They were a bit late picking up the car but that was partly my fault because I missed a call . On our return we waited 30 minutes for our car to be delivered, apparently because it was a bank holiday weekend, but I think that can be anticipated .

When coming to the Airport to drop your car, please read the instructions only for the relevant terminal. The following postcodes may not be accurate. We advise once you get to the airport to use signposts.

Outbound: Terminal 2- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW Please call 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival on the number on your confirmation .
We have a 10-minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential, anyone to arrive early or late must inform us that this will be the case and obtain agreement from us that it is okay to arrive at an alternative time. A late fee may apply for late arrivals

At the airport follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the right-hand lanes, go up the ramp, keeping to the right following the signs for short stay 2, DO NOT follow the ramp to the upper level. Approach any of the 3 barriers on to your right, take a ticket and enter car-park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end, closest to the terminal buildings to rows A and B where your chauffeur will be waiting

Terminal 2 Return - Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.

Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4 Zone A or B. We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.

Once you have exited the tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and follow the signs to short stay passenger pick up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow all the way up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. You will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our Star Parking paperwork.

Terminal 3 Return - Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short stay car park. Once in the arrivals terminal turn left and proceed to the lifts, take this lift to level 1 where you will find a covered bridge which takes you to the car park lifts, enter the lift and go to level 4. The designated area of the car park is by these lifts and you should be able to see your vehicle and driver. We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after the collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.

Drive up the ramp towards Departures, and then stay right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Level 4" or" Budget car". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket then, follow arrows to "Rows R & S" Once there you will be approached by one of our Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our Star Parking paperwork.

Terminal 5 Return - Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
From arrivals make your way out of the building to the covered walkway go through the covered walkway to the lifts, then make your way back to level 4 "Rows R & S" of the short stay car park to where you dropped off your vehicle.
We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after the collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.

Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Important Note:
We track your return flight number which is given by you on the booking form. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. By providing the wrong flight number may cause hours of delays of your vehicle collection even though you have given us the correct return time. Daily overstay charge is £20.00 per day.
Vehicle drop-off and collection out of operational hours will be subject to £20 before 04.45 on or after 23:30 (night charges will be calculated at an hourly rate) payable to the chauffeur.
Any input errors resulting in company drivers being kept waiting or late arrivals by clients may result in a £20 administration charge plus the car park fee, payable to the driver immediately.

You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable.

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.

Hi,Do you meet us at terminal 4 Heathrow and take our car to be parked?Then do you meet us when return and do the same?Thank you for your question, if you are travelling from T4 you must select the T4 option not the 2,3 & 5. With a meet and greet you are met at the airport and your car is taken offsite to be parked then returned to the airport on your return.
