Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

We had excellent service both on dropping off and picking up our cars. We had 3 cars between us on two bookings and all cars were ready to be taken from us and collected on arrival back at Heathrow so would definitely use Star Parking again. Thank you

An excellent experience in every way. We arrived a little early but we were able to leave the car without problem. The very thoughtful driver had even collected a luggage cart for our use. Our return was equally good with no hanging around and a very courteous driver. Would definitely use again.

FHR & Star parking were excellent. FHR changed my parking time without hesitation after the airline cancelled my flight out and I had to re-book. Star parking ensured that when I returned earlier than expected they had a driver to drop my car off extremely swiftly.

On departure waited 5 minutes for pick up - even though we had arrived 30 minutes early. On arrival back car arrived 20 minutes after I phoned. All good, better than a lot of the other meet & greet outfits.

Pick up and collect both excellent. Only negative was that as I had to pay additional due to flight delay. This in itself was quite fair but I was told I would be sent a receipt and I wasn't. If it wasn't for that I'd give a 5 star review.

Driver waiting for us when arrived to drop off. On return our terminal had changed from T5 to T3, and with this short notice change of collection point we had to wait 20 mins before our car arrived but this was entirely acceptable given the circumstances. Overall good service, would use again.

First time I have used FHR at Heathrow and it was extremely busy in the multi storey carpark, despite being 6:00 am on a Sunday. When I informed my meet and greet rep. that I was on the incorrect level(3 not 4), no problem, they came down to collect the vehicle. On my return, I had provided incorrect fight number and time, my tour operator got it wrong. Despite this there was only a slight delay in collecting my vehicle. In summary great service.

Below are some Important information and guidance for your perusal to avoid service delays and unnecessary inconveniences. Only read the instructions only for the relevant terminal you are flying.

The following postcodes may not be accurate. We strongly advise following the signs once you have entered the airport zone.

Your booking times are fixed. Therefore, timekeeping is essential. Anyone to arrive early or late must inform us and obtain permission to seek availability. You must call us 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail), as we have a 10-minute window to collect your vehicle from the designated area.
Late fees and parking charges may apply for late arrivals or arrivals without prior notice.

Important Note:
Once your car has arrived in the car park, you will get a 15 min window to collect your vehicle and leave the building without additional charges. On your return, your car will be delivered once you have made the clearance call. Any prevailing car park charges after this time will be your responsibility. Hence, you must only make the call when you are ready.
We also track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given us the correct return time.

Vehicle collection or flight delays after 23:30hrs are subject to a levy fee of £20 per hour to pay. All payments must be cleared in advance.

Terminal 2 Drop-off procedures
Terminal 2- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW
(Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Once you have passed the main tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 2; stay in the right-hand lanes, then join the ramp. Stay on the right by following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4.
Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you.

Terminal 2 Return procedures
Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park.

Terminal 3 drop-off procedures
Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee of £5 will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site.
Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures.
As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral.
Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park).
You will be met by one of our representatives.


Terminal 3 Return procedures
Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park.
Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby
Retake the lifts to level 4.
We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park.

Outbound: Terminal 5 procedures
Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Once you are at the main roundabout, drive straight towards the ramp
Stay right at the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign.
Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign.
First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park.
Then you will drive towards the car park barriers.
Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S"
You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle.

Terminal 5 Return procedures
Call us on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Once you have entered the arrival hall,
Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point)
Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero)

Car Park Height restrictions:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable.

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.

Hi,Do you meet us at terminal 4 Heathrow and take our car to be parked?Then do you meet us when return and do the same?Thank you for your question, if you are travelling from T4 you must select the T4 option not the 2,3 & 5. With a meet and greet you are met at the airport and your car is taken offsite to be parked then returned to the airport on your return.
