Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be met by a chauffeur wearing a Black suit. He will identify you with your full details.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided, only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00 During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. *Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

I usually default to booking parking at Heathrow via BookFHR - this is a fast and covenient method, they offer good choice and their Quidco cash backs arrive reasonably quickly. I have tried other similar services but so far none measure up to BookFHR

Everything ran smoothly. Car returned within a reasonable time but the drop off and pick up area in terminal 3 Heathrow was very busy and congested. Trolleys everywhere as well as cars reversing and small children walking out in front of cars!!!

Dropped the car off but no one there to meet us and did not know we were arriving. When we arrived back after our trip, the car took over 20 mins to arrive back. This is not the first time it has happened and don't believe I will be using this company again.

The drop off was very efficient, as I have used them before. The issue was the other end when I arrived back in the UK. They said it would be around 15 minutes, just over 30 mins the car arrived. Last thing you need, when you have been on a plane for 9 hours. They are always slow to deliver back, even when you given them ample time, so will probably not use them again.

Everything worked as expected .Called on return to request car and was greeted immediately with polite and efficient confirmation that car would be there within ten to fifteen minutes. Car was there as promised when we reached car park 7 minutes later.

For departure I phoned 20 minutes before arrival as requested, and was told that the representative would be at Heathrow Terminal 5 to meet us when we arrived - and he was there. On arriving back I phoned after retrieving my luggage as requested, to be told 'your car is waiting for you' - and it was there. This was exceptional service, and I don't know how much is a T5 factor. However, FHR service is consistently good in my experience. Keep your price competitive and you will continue to have my custom, as you have had for a long time.

When I arrived, the Drivefly staff had no knowledge of my booking and a number of calls had to be made. The staff on site were helpful and eventually sorted things out. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry. On my return I phoned from baggage reclaim but it took nearly 40 minutes to get my car. Again the staff on site were helpful but of I'd been in a hurry this would have been a problem. Cheap, but I'd rather pay more for a quicker service as it would have been quicker overall to park in long stay and get the shuttle bus.

Directions for Drivefly Meet & Greet

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

TERMINAL 2 (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Choose Lane 5 OR 6 towards the ticket machine which will take you to Level 4 Short stay carpark.
Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the grey desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket.

Terminal 2 Returns
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 3, then park your vehicle in ROW ''A'.

On Return T3:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 4 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3XA
IMPORTANT: please call the number on your confirmation 16, or the number on your confirmation 9 when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight).
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, ''Departure Passenger Drop Off'', as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked ''Permit Holders'' park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T4:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the ''pay machine'' which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the grey desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.
If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

could you please let me know where my vehicle would be parked after you collect my car fromthe terminla (meet The vehicle is taken to Drivefly's compound which is approximately 4 to 5 miles away.
I am departing from Heathrow terminal five and returning to terminal four. Does that matter when I'm booking with you?The meet and greet company can meet you at one terminal and another when you return. you are able to fill in the details on the booking form
I have made a booking however I may be returning home a day earlier than the date booked. Is this a problem? When would the latest I would need to advise you of this by?Please let us know as soon as possible as they will need to arrange to have your car ready for collection when you call to say you've landed. Unfortunately there is no refund available for unused or part stays
A strange one you will think but are there trolleys at the car park and how easy is it to walk into the terminal. We are going to America for three weeks and have a lot of luggage!! ThanksWith the Drive Fly Meet and Greet Service you will be met at the airport terminal by the driver who takes your car to the car park. There will be the normal Heathrow Airport trollies available
