Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be met in the short stay car park and will be identifed by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, please phone the number provided when you are in the baggage claim area and quote your reservation number, to confirm you are ready to collect your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.

What else do I need to know?

ANY LONG WHEELBASE VANS ARRIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER CHARGES. Service provided by established Meet and Greet Operator Drivefly

Would be better if you monitored flight arrivals and just have the car waiting instead of making customer wait 15-20mins, like other meet & greet services - would make you more competitive... a friend used purple parking and his car was literally waiting....

The service was fine. I would use it again. Things that impressed me: 1. On return, The car arrived at the same time I arrived in the car park. Perfect timing. 2. The car appeared to have been cleaned, inside and out. Thank you, that was unexpected but welcome. Inconveniences: 1. On arrival, the attendant greeting customers was very inconspicuous. He was at a small grey desk, it was not clear that he was the guy. It would have been obvious to him that I was looking for him, as I was asking the Purple Parking guys (two paces away) where to find him. I wasted 10 minutes, and when you are looking to go and check in that really is very inconvenient. Please tell him to be more awake. 2. On return, settings had been changed in the car. Radio station changed - no big deal. Headlights changed from 'automatic' to 'off' - took me ages to realise that.

Everything worked well. The directions were very clear when we dropped off the car. Someone was waiting for us. In fact we rang to say we were running a bit early and that was fine. When we returned we didn't have to wait long for the car. Phoning when we got our baggage meant we didn't have to pay anything for the car park as we got there before the car. Will definitely use the service again.

The "reception" area at Terminal 3 is terrible. It's a nondescript grey podium with no branding - so you have no idea if it is related to the company you are booked with or not. Also, the member of staff is not even sat at the podium, they are sat 5 feet away on a set of seats. Also, they are not uniformed or in any way recognisable as working for any company. When I arrived I missed the guy completely because he was sat on the seats on his phone and just looked like another passenger. Pretty poor as the other companies there - Purple Parking etc all had uniformed staff at branded desks. Won't be using these guys again.

Excellent. Your instructions as to how to get into short stay car park are okay but please write them as though your customers are absolutely stupid!!! My friend and I (both female!) managed to drive down into the car park at the very last instruction. Therefore we had to go back to the beginning and start all over again having paid for entry when we didn't need to. Besides that everything was fine. Your staff were courteous and very helpful.

I usually always use Luton Airport for my parking with FHR, but this time we were going out of Heathrow Terminal 3. I have to say yet again that the service provider, DriveFly were just fantastic. They were there to take the keys as soon as we arrived, and upon our return, there they were again! I have used FHR for many years, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this company for service, and approachability through their office. I did need to change something, and they were more than accommodating. Excellent service always.

Airport drop off was excellent. However, returning to the UK, we called after picking up our baggage as requested, and had over 30 minutes wait in the freezing cold before our car arrived. Not sure if I would use them again, unless I did as others appeared to do, and call them before baggage arrived....

Directions for FHR Meet & Greet - Non-refundable

Non-Refundable once booked

IMPORTANT: You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off. If you do NOT receive a call, please call the number on your confirmation 7, or the number on your confirmation 9 when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

TERMINAL 2 (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. Take the right hand lane and pass under the 2.2M height restriction, follow signs for 'Level 4' and 'Off Airport', keep right and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our driver). Drive straight forward following signs for 'Off Airport Parking'. Park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays in rows A or B.
TERMINAL 2 - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. After leaving the Arrivals hall, follow signs for "Short Stay Carpark" Take the left-hand set of lifts up to level 4 (the first set of lifts will not stop on level 4). Your vehicle will be returned to the "Off Airport Meet & Greet" parking bays.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 3, then park your vehicle in ROW ''A'.
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T3:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 4 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3XA
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, ''Departure Passenger Drop Off'', as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked ''Permit Holders'' park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T4:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the ''pay machine'' which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.
If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.
