Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You will be met in the short stay car park and will be identifed by your car registration.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage, please phone the number provided when you are in the baggage claim area and quote your reservation number, to confirm you are ready to collect your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be parked in a Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away depending on the terminal you arrived at. Please note - some compounds may not have CCTV but have a perimeter fence and are manned.

What else do I need to know?

ANY LONG WHEELBASE VANS ARRIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER CHARGES. Service provided by established Meet and Greet Operator Drivefly

Very good service- Tricky on arrival in the car park at Heathrow finding the right level as we had to ignore the direction for meet and greet and go to a different level but apart from that everything went smoothly and we were very happy with the service.

Great on the way out, so easy. On my return, I had to wait for an hour for my car despite following instructions as asked and calling once I had picked up my bags. Staff were very helpful throughout, the man on the phone could have been slightly less grumpy when i called numerous times whilst waiting. On the whole, yes I’d use again and recommend

Having previously used FHR at both Stanstead and Gatwick airports with fantastic success. (i would give these airports a 5 star review) I was very disappointed with my experience at Heathrow. It started at trying to find the short term car park at Terminal 3. From leaving the hotel at 4.30am 1.5 miles away it took 45 minutes to actually find the car park as the signs around Heathrow were appalling. Most of the signage were poorly lite and badly positioned. At one point I ended up going into the wrong car park and was charged £4.00 for driving straight in and out of the car park. Surely if someone enters the wrong car park accidentally you should not be charged. Once at the correct car park and in the right bay there was no sign of the Flydrive staff. They were all hiding in the pay area inside the lift area and not out in the car park. Again no signage to advise where you are. I had to ask at various desks to get to the right company. On my return, once cases collected, I phoned as requested and was told the correct information to go to Level 3. Again the same problem as previous no obvious signage to direct you to the correct area, It was not a pleasant experience and would defiantly put me off using both Heathrow Airport and FHR at Heathrow again. Sorry to be negative but I feel it is only right to highlight the above as I have been very happy with FHR previously and have 2 future bookings already made for later in the year. Heathrow is the problem and work needs to be done to improve the Customer Experience.

I would have given 5stars except for the confusion over the meeting point for collecting the car. I was told to return to level 2 to collect the car. I took the lift in the airport building to level 2 which turned out to be level 4 of the car park!

A good service though the arrival directions were a bit tricky to follow. They probably just need tweaking. On collection we were a bit confused because the written instructions say collect on the first floor, but the phone message says 2nd floor. It was ok in the end though.

Did exactly what you asked and waited 25 mins for car... when car brought to us the amount of mud on the door sill and drivers mat was unacceptable... a shrug was all I received from the chap that brought my car!

The drop off was well managed. We were delayed by traffic, but the company organised around this which was great. On our return, there was a lot of confusion with a number of people having to wait over 30 minutes for their vehicle. We were told that the driver had taken our vehicle to another terminal - whereas we located our vehicle in a parking bay and the driver said he had not gone to another terminal. Who to believe? However we use these services regularly and have found them really convenient and reliable so will use again.

Why park off airport when you can simply drive to the short stay car park and get a lift straight down to the terminal building. It was so easy we left the car in the car park bay, left our keys with Drivefly and off we went, it saves so much time and hassle as no need to hop on any transfer buses. On return we simply called Drivefly after picking up our baggage and by the time we got to the short stsy car park our car was waiting for us.

The drop off was great but we had to wait over 30 mins on the return for our car even though we rang the moment our last bag arrived on the luggage belt. This is far too long for a meet and greet service.

50 minute delay in getting car from phoning on collecting baggage . When I phoned I was told 15 minutes from the collection point . We arrived at collection point within 10 minutes and waited , and waited , after about 30 ministers we reported the matter to the assistant , he phoned through and we were advised the car was being cleaned as instructed . We never asked for the car to be cleaned and in fact we do not like people cleaning our cars , we prefer to do ourselves . We waited another 15-20 minutes for the car to arrive !! I did say to the man when we dropped the car off that when we last used the services of Drive Fly I was disappointed that the car was returned with mud inside in the drivers mat well and also in the rear seats and that I was hoping this would not happen again this time . He apologised and said he would report to his manager , I can only think this message was not conveyed correctly . However even if it was being cleaned I cannot see why a company would wait for the collection phone call to then decide to clean it !! We use meet and greet to stop delays and in this instance as we landed at 3.30 we hoped to be on the road about 4.00 avoiding the usual Friday night heavy traffic , our delay meant a very slow journey home . We might as well have just booked normal airport parking . Very disappointed in Drive Fly . As it was dark when collected the car and is raining heavily today I have not had a chance to see if the car was scratched whilst cleaning .

It all went very well. I booked FHR based on good reviews, and was a little suprised to find when the contract came through it would be fulfilled by DriveFly - as I’d seen some terrible reviews on TRUSTPILOT for them. I rang to query, but it was non-refundable booking. However the service was fine. Worth noting there were 20 miles added to the clock.

TERMINAL 2 (Postcode for Terminal 2: TW6 1EW)
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B".
Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the grey desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket.

Terminal 2 Returns
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines

* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.

On Return T3:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A''
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 4 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3XA
IMPORTANT: please call the number on your confirmation 6, or the number on your confirmation 9 when you are 15-20 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight).
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, ''Departure Passenger Drop Off'', as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal.
Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked ''Permit Holders'' park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T4:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the ''pay machine'' which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA
Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers.
Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based at the grey desk near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details and will wear a black jacket with our Drivefly logo on it.

On Return T5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row''R'' OR ''S''.
* We pay for the first 15 minutes of parking, you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of our Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.
If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.
